این پروژه ۹۰۰۰ متر مربعی در شمال ایران واقع شده است که به خاطر طبیعت بی‌نظیرش شهرت دارد. از آنجایی که مجبور بودیم چندین خانه را با الهام از ویلاهای محلی طراحی کنیم، تصمیم گرفتیم با وجود طراحی مجتمع‌های متراکم، زمین‌ها را مانند یک خانه درختی روی زمین معلق کنیم که امکان قرار گرفتن مناسب در معرض نور خورشید و جریان هوا را در اطراف ویلاها فراهم می‌کند.
این پروژه در کنار منطقه رفاهی توریستی نمک آبرود در زمینی به مساحت ۶۰۰۰ متر مربع واقع شده است. ایده اصلی پروژه، نوع جدیدی است که از نوع خانه‌های معمول شمال ایران الهام گرفته شده است.
این پروژه شامل ۲۰ واحد است که ۱۰ واحد آن تک واحدی و ۱۰ واحد دیگر دوبلکس هستند. در این پروژه، هر واحد به طور جداگانه توسط یک حیاط احاطه شده است و به نظر می‌رسد که خانه با حیاط به ارتفاعات رسیده است و مسیر دسترسی عمودی آن در جنوب ساختمان قرار دارد. در طبقه همکف، امکانات عمومی مانند فضای آبی و فضای ورزشی و همچنین ۳ فضای پارکینگ برای هر واحد وجود دارد و این نوع ساختمان می‌تواند در شهر نیز تکرار شود. ...
This is a 9000 sqm project located in the north of Iran which is well-known for its great nature. as we had to design several dwellings inspired by the local villas we decided despite designing dense complexes we hover the lands over the ground like a tree-house which enables the proper sunlight exposure and airflow to surround the villas.
This project is located next to the Namak Abroud tourist welfare area on a land area of 6000 meters. The main idea of the project is a new type inspired by the typical house type of northern Iran.
This project consists of 20 units, 10 of which are single units and the other 10 are duplexes. In this project, each unit is separately surrounded by a courtyard, and it seems that the house has reached the heights with the courtyard, and its vertical access path is located in the south of the building. On the ground floor, there are public facilities such as a water space and a sports space, as well as 3 parking spaces for each unit, and this type of building can be reproduced in the city.
